This project works on the premise that a building can function as a connector between two spaces. A building in this project is not the beginning of a built form but instead a continuation of the sequence at the master plan scale.

The arrangement of program is based on the nature of the activities. Activities that require contained spaces such as squash courts, racketball courts, weight lifting areas are tucked under under the Corso Francia viaduct. Activities of a poetic, free flowing nature such as dancing, fencing, aerobics, martial arts float above the viaduct.
